The installation of the landfill gas monitoring wells and probes are proposed in compliance with the California Code of Regulations, Title 27 (Gas Monitoring and Control at Active and Closed Disposal Sites). The use of the property will not change and the existing operation will remain the same. The project meets the criteria of Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
