Document Description
Upgrade the water system for the Ranch Area, Ranger residence, barns, horse corral, orchard, and campground at Andrew Molera State Park to comply with current regulatory standards. Replace four-inch PVC water main line, two inch lateral water line, and shut off valves. Install main and lateral water lines in trenches approximatley 3,000 feet long by 1.5 feet wide by 2 feet deep and clear vegetation six feet on either side of the water line alignments. Install two new fire hydrants and three blackflow prevention devices.

Project consists of repair and maintenance of existing public facilities involving negligible expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination; replacement of existing facilities where the new facility will be located in the same site as facility replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the facility replaced. construction and location of limited numbers of new small facilities; and minor public alterations in the condition of land and begetation whihc do not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees; and is included as "utility repairs or minor upgrade" in teh Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR 15300.4.
