Document Description
One boat dock, a seperate boat launch area, and a beach/picnic area were partially construed by the Operator, resulting in the removal of several cubic feet of soil and the removal of native riparian vegetation adjacent to the north bank of the Stanislaus River. The Operator proposes to complete the construction of the boat dock, boat launch area, and beach/picnic area. The Operator will revegetate and repair the Project site where vegetation was removed. A portion of the river bank needs to be stabilized with the placement of clean rock or boulder rip-rap, and planting of native vegetation to hold soil in place.
