Document Description
The Department of Water Resources is proposing to implement the Small Erosion Repair Program (SERP) a streamlines regulatory review and authorization process that would facilitate implementation of annual repairs of small erosion sites on levees within the Sacramento River Flood Control Project area. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a five-year General Lease - Public Agency Use through November 15, 2019.
