Document Description
Install 8 prefabricated duck blinds, construct a 10' by 10' wooden observation deck platform and an informational kiosk, and designate an unpaved parking area at the Rice Research Field located on central Twitchell Island in the West Delta. Allow public access and use of these facilities and lands during existing hunting seasons for various waterfowl and upland game species. Additional public access times for wildlife viewing and interpretation of research activities will also be provided.
