There would be a home improvment store that would be ~111,348 sf in size along with an outdoor garden center ~26,568 sf in size. Parcel 2 (0.853 acres), Parcel 3 (0.94 acres) and Parcel 4 (0.95 acres) would be developed with drive through facility restaurants. Parcel 5 (1.607 acres) would be a sit-down restaurant.
