Document Description
It is the intent of the Folsom Boulevard Special Planning (SPA) Transit Area Plan (TAP) to provide a set of development standards for land use proximal to the Butterfield and Hazel Light Rail Stations, as both stations have unique qualities that cannot be adequately addressed solely by the County's Zoning Code. The intent of these TAP is to take advantage of the existing light rail line by building commercial mixed-use and residential mixed-use developments.
