NOTE: Review extended per lead The proposed project includes extensive site restoration of approximately 30 acres or 50 percent of the total site, and construction of an approximately 2.3 mile (12,100 linear feet) trail system from the Pudding Creek Trestle Bridge south to Soldier Bay. The restoration program includes restoration with native Coastal Bluff Scrub vegetation. The restoration and trail project has four components with different issues and treatments, namely: 1) Glass Beach Headlands; 2) Glass Beach Drive; 3) Elm Street access road and parking area; and 4) The Mill Site
