Document Description
The project constructs an approximately 369,000 gross square feet parking structure, Parking Structure 4 (PS4), on the northwest corner of existing parking lot 18; the site is located at the northeast corner of 48th Street and X Street. The project would include the following components: construction and operation of a new parking structure with approximately 1,221 parking stalls; removal of the roundabout at the X Street and 48th Street intersection and reconfiguring that intersection; installation of a new traffic signal at the X Street and 48th Street intersection; utility improvements; roadway and landscaping improvements, and bicycle and pedestrian improvements. The project would also include an amendment to the 2010 LRDP for land use changes associated with PS4.
