Document Description
The proposed project would rezone 10.0 acres to the R-1-6 Single Family Residential zoning district and develop 95 residential units, including 55 single family attached homes, 30 multifamily residential apartment units, and 10 single family detached homes resulting in residential density of 9.5 units per acre. The project has been designed to generally preserve natural hillside conditions and significant Oak trees in the northwestern area of the site by focusing most of the units in the western area of the site and providing low density, custom lots in the northeastern area of the site where slopes exceed 10%.
