Document Description
The property owner proposes to subdivide the 17-acre lot into four lots for future construction of single-family residences. The existing private access road will be widened from 16 to 20 feet with asphalt. A minimum 2-foot shoulder will be provided on the downward slope of the road. Individual driveways will extend from the road. The development envelopes include all areas of earth disturbance. All four lots will participate in a road maintenance agreement to address short-term and long-term maintenance of the road (including across the project site and adjacent LBUBS, Polo Ranch and Carilli properties, as necessary).
