The undeveloped project site is located upslope from an established neighborhood (Vine Hill Manor) in the unincorporated community of Vine Hill/Pacheco Blvd. This area of the county is east of I-680. The project applicant is proposing to subdivide the project site into 22 lots for development of 22 single family homes.
