The CA Tahoe Conservancy (Conservancy) has authorized the transfer of up to 15,000 square feet of land coverage rights to facilitate construction of 55 multi-residential units and one manager's unit on 5.5 acres of land. The rental units will be deed-restricted affordable housing. The project also includes a paved parking lot, community building, children's play area, landscaping, and installation of stormwater treatment facilities.
