an adopted plan of flood control: To authorize the installation of 68 new utility poles, abandonment of 66 utility poles, removal of 4 utility poles, and the replacement of 3 utility poles on Garden Highway levees. The poles will be installed in line with the existing underground facilities will be routed up the new poles.
