Document Description
Approval of Permit No. 19778, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: To authorize a new temporary wood pole, on the waterside of the Garden Highway levee, with a cable to extend to the I-80 bridge, where Verizon will tie into their existing conduit on the bridge pier, which extends to the deck and across the levee. Verizon's fiber cable will cross Garden Highway with a minimum clearance of 22 feet to connect to the existing conduit on the landside of the Garden Highway, attached to the I-80 bridge. There is no underground utility work proposed for this permit. This utility relocation project is required for the Natomas Basin Civil Works Project.
