Document Description
The project will provide pipeline extensions to link existing North Coast County Water District (NCCWD) potable water infrastructure with the new Caltrans Devil's Slide tunnels. Two separate (disjunct) pipeline extensions are necessary to create a "looped" pipeline so that there is continuous water circulation and the water does not stagnate.
