The County of Los Angeles (County) consists of proposed Ordinances to Ban Plastic Carryout Bags in Los Angeles County (proposed ordinances). This project would entail adoption of an ordinance to ban plastic carryout bags issued by certain stores in the unincorporated territories of the County and the adoption of comparible ordinances by the 88 incorporated cities within the County.
