Document Description
(1) Metropolitan and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) entered into an agreement to allow Metropolitan to continue to use and to rehabilitate LADWP solids lagoons for an additional 50 years. (2) Metropolitan entered into a 45-year agreement with Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks (LADRP) to allow the existing LADRP ball fields to remain in place for an additional 45 years. (3) Metropolitan authorized final design of the solids transfer system from Jensen Treatment Plant to LADWP solids lagoons.
