- The California State Polytechnic University (Cal Poly) proposes to install approximately 9,250 feet of 4-inch PVC sewer pipeline connecting the Reverse Osmosis Treatment Plant brine waste discharge to the Los Angeles County Sanitation District Industrial Waste Line. This project is an addition to the Mitigated Negative Declaration (initial project was funded by the California Department of Public Health Proposition 84 Program) for construction of the Perris Island Reverse Osmosis Treatment Facility.
