b) 09CUP-00022 [application filed May 13, 2009] for a Development Plan Permit allowing construction and operation of a crude oil pipeline on properties zoned AG-II 100, AG-II 320, and Transportation Corridor in compliance with Section 35-172 of the Article II Coastal Zoning Ordinance and Section 35.82.060 of the Land Use Development Code;
c) 09CDP-00038 [application filed May 13, 2009] for a Development Plan Permit allowing construction and operation of a crude oil pipeline on properties zoned AG-II 100, AG-II 320, and Transportation Corridor in compliance with Section 35-169 of the Article II Coastal Zoning Ordinance;
