The Housing Element Update addesses the planning period from 2006-2014 in accordance with applicable state law, and consistent with the City of Fountain Valley General Plan and the community's vision of its housing needs and objectives. It reflects the City's continuing efforts to retain and expand housing opportunities in the community. Since the beginning of this planning period in 2006, the City of Fountain Valley has undertaken a series of actions to support affordable housing.
