Buena Park General Plan Update

The City of Buena Park is updating its 1994 General Plan. The City is 98 percent built out. With the General Plan Update, the City is revising land use designations and adding new mixed use designations. The General Plan is anticipating land use changes in 10 specific areas of the City; these areashave been identified as Focus Areas. The development potential in these areas is anticipated to add the following over existing conditions: 1,512 residential units; 5,288,600 square feet of commercial uses; and 1,617,700 square feet of industrial/office/manufacturing uses.
