- Note: Extended per lead The proposed Specific Plan would allow for the development of 2,500 residential units and 1,770,000 sf of non-residential space in the 740-acre Specific Plan Area, including mixed use (both residential/commercial mixed use and commercial mixed use), retail, institutional and industrial space. The Specific Plan would also include 44.5 acres of parkland, 40.3 acres of lakes, and 173.7 acres of creeks, greenbelts and open space. A bypass channel to Conejo Creek would be constructed as a flood control improvement in an additional 155-acre area to the south of the Specific Plan Area.
