Document Description
Jeff Moroso is proposing to build three retaining walls on his property at 227 Modoc Place, Pacifia, adjacent to Calera Creek in San Mateo County. The first wall is proposed to be built approixmately four feet above the creekbed and six feet from the edge of the creek. The wall will be approximately 45 feet long and five feet high. The second wall will be approximately 20 feet long and four feet high. It will be eight feet in front (towards the residence) of the first wall. The third wall is proposed to be 30 feet long and vary from zero feet to five feet high to allow for a ramped path.
