Design Reivew Perimt DR09-054 to allow the construction of three new retaining walls, as follows:
1. One 44-inch high x 10-foot long volcanic rock and river rock wall to be constructed between an existing brick pillar and an existing rock wall;
2. One 12-inch high x 20-foot long cement-block curb; and
3. One 48-inch high by 35-foot long cement-block retaining wall with a red brick cap.
The 0.3+/- acre parcel is zoned C-O:D (Neighborhood Commercial:Design Control Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
