This project is to protect and enhance habitat values by installing fencing and informational signage, removing trash and debris and conducting vegetation management on a four-acre site, between the Sante Fe Railroad and Pacific Coast Highway, within the San Elijo Ecological Reserve. Project will be conducted during non-breeding season. No impacts to sensitive species will occur.
