Document Description
This project will require a Right of Entry Permit and entail repair of a disturbed area by an adjoining property owner (permittee). The project will install a series of erosion control measures including installation of jute mesh and hydro-seeding with a local native mix approved by California State Parks staff. There will be no grading. Staging will occur off State Park property.
