Document Description
Caltrans proposes to reduce congestion by widening SR 99 from just north of Ashlan Avenue to just north of Grantland Avenue in the City of Fresno, Fresno County. One lane will be added in each direction in the median for a total of 6 lanes. The proposed worm includes widening of shoulders and bridges, installation of concrete median barriers, correction of nonstandard cross slopes, and drainage improvement.
