Reasons for Exemption
The proposed temporary change in Rush and Lee Vining Creek instream flows from those required under Decision 1631 and Order 98-05, and the resultant decrease in minimum baseflows, will allow Los Angeles and designated Stream Scientists to study and evaluate whether modified flows improve the Rush and Lee Vining Creeks trout fishery.
