Document Description
The Applicant proposes to remove an existing 6' diameter culvert and associated grouted rock headwalls at a road crossing in Hobson Creek (project). The project is in response to a notice from the Sonoma County Permit and Resource Management Department's Code Enforcement Divison. The Applicant constructed the crossing in April of 2007 without necessary permits. To comply with County ordinances the Applicant is proposing to remove the culvert using an excavator to remove the grout rock material and then followed by removal of the culvert.
