Document Description
The Applicant intends to alter the streambed by removing concrete and other non-native materials from the creek and installing bank protection. Bio-engineered bank stabilization will then be installed along 2,290 linear feet of the creek. This will include 1,240 linear feet of erosion control blankets. The remaining portion of 1.050 linear feet will be planted with mulefat and willow cuttings. Cuttings will also be placed in the erosion control mat areas as well as a seed mix. Any other bare ground will be covered with a seed mix. Four existing drain pipes will be removed and replaced with four new drain pipe structures along the banks. Three riprap pads (6 foot by 10 foot) will be installed and utilized as a velocity dissipater for three of the new pipe structures.
