The RAW focuses on excavation and removal to mitigate soils impacted with excessive levels of arsenic and total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs) with a carbon range of C7 - C24 and C25 - C44. The purpose of the project is to mitigate impacted soils that exceed the project-specific human health risk criteria to minimize human exposure to the identified chemicals of concern (COCs).
