Document Description
Convert an existing parking stall to a van accessible cement ADA parking stall at the Pantoll Area at Mount Tamalpais State Park to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Project will remove and recycle 450 square feet of asphalt and base to 6 inches; install 6 inches of base and concrete for a 18 feet x 17 feet parking space; and patch the area around the parking space with asphalt to grads. Additional work will trench 10 feet for a waste water connection and 25 feet for a potable water connection to add an ADA compliant drinking fountain.
