The purpose of the photovoltaic (PV) panel installation is to offset current electric loads used for water heating. As gas is not available for heating, the qty. 10, 4'x10' PV panels on the Children's Center flat-roof will utilize captured sunlight for water heating. The PV panel installation at the Children's Center will be overseen by the Associated Students at SDSU.
