Document Description
Replace a failing multi-plate culvert, approximately 40 feet long x 12 feet wide x 7 feet high. The applicant will construct a concrete headwall at the outlet and new rock slope protection would be placed at the inlet and outlet of the culvert. At the culvert outlet, the applicant will construct a concrete cutoff wall 12 inches wide and 36 inches deep. The top of the wall will be placed to match the summer water elevation and will have a low flow notch that will be lined with rock-rip-rap.
