Document Description
The proposed project would replace an existing pipe associated with a stilling well in the Morro Creek channel. A narrow trench, approximately 2 feet wide, 2 feet deep, and 25 feet long, would be dug in the channel when surface water has ceased to flow. All excavated material would be stockpiled on tarps. The existing 2-inch galvanized pipe would be replaced with a new pipe of similar dimensions.
