Document Description
The proposed project consists of installing solar energy panels at various State building. The purpose of this project is to provide clean renewable energy and demonstrate our willingness to meet Governor's Executive Order S-20-04. Specifically in this order, state agencies are to take measures to reduce grid-based energy purchases for state-owned building by 20% by 2015. All work will be done within Caltrans right of way.
