After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the county of Tuolumne has determined that, becasue the project will have no additional significant adverse effects beyond those previously identified and mitigated in the Negative Declaration adopted on August 14,2001, for Tentative Parcel map 00T-58, no additional review under CEQA is required for the Zone Change pursuant to Section 15162 of the State CEQA Guidelines.
