Document Description
The project proposes to stabilize the bank of Bird Creek by placing large rock along approximately 120 feet of existing banks. Approximatley 300 feet of willows will be removed from the streambed to open up the channel and prevent erosion. The rock (rip rap) will be planted with willow stakes or other woody vegetation, to provide additional bank reinforcement, and to mitigate for the loss of willows that will be removed.
