Document Description
The Town of Windsor is proposing to replace a six-inch leaking water distribution line that crosses Windsor Creek near the westerly terminus of Old Oak Road. The Applicant proposes to replace the line with a new parallel main that will be a minimum of eight inches. The new line will be installed eight feet below the creek bed utilizing directional drilling. Drilling operations will be conducted outside of the riparian zone.
