Document Description
Execution of a license agreement to provide an area for the storage of seasonal snow from an adjacent urban commercial parcel. This seasonal winter use will provide water quality benefits in an urban forest interface environment. An annual spring inspection will be conducted to monitor this temporary snow storage activity. The applicable Tahoe Regional Planning Agency Best Management Practices ensure protection of the California Tahoe Conservancy parcel as water quality benefits are archieved.
