Issue a Right of Entry Permit to CP Development Co. and ENGEO Geotechnical to conduct a series of geotechnical soil tests to characterize the subsurface soil material within Candlestick State Recreation Area (SRA) for the Candlestick SRA Redevelopment Project. Soil tests will include soil borings using a rotary drill, cone penetrometer tests, surface sampling of soil components, and percolation tests at selected locations.
