Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry to Placer County Department of Public Works to enter Kings Beach State Park Recreation Area to perform improvements to the outfall portion of a stormwater pipe on parcel APN 090-135-038 in the Kings Beach State Recreation Area prior to discharge into Lake Tahoe. Work will include: installation of new rock boulder energy dissipater, a propagate wetland mat, rock slope protection and revegetation of the outfall area and areas disturbed, staging of materials during construction and revegetation and the maintenance of these improvements for 20 years.
