Document Description
This project consists of allowing the City of Carlsbad to position sheet piling on State Beach property, directly in front of their construction site for the Encinas Creek Bridge replacemetn located on southbound Carlsbad Bldv. The City of Carlsbad plans to replace the aged bridge and during construction, maintain egress from Carlsbad to other coastal cities through position sheet piling directly in front of the construction site. The State will allow the City to reclaim dispersed rip rap on State Property and restack the rock to add protection to the new prefab bridge and spillway. All construction will be done from above and none will be allowed on State Park property. A Right of Entry Permit will be issued.
