Butte County Mosquito & Vector Control District

This EIR is intended to document current programs of the Butte County Mosquito and Vector Control District in order to communicate with the public as to safety, efficacy, environmental impacts and mitigation measures associated with those programs. The document has been prepared to assist the District with decision-making on those programs and to assist the District with communication of these programs and environmental issues to the public. Both the District and the Public are expected to benefit from this environmental analysis, in addition to complying with CEQA requirements for District Programs.
