The project site - approximately 1.35 acres in size - is located in the northern portion of the existing community park, adjacent to the Napa County Fairgrounds. The project generally consists of a new 3,500 sf Teen / Art Center building, a manicured landscape area for passive activities, a 28 space gravel parking lot, and sidewalk and landscaping improvements along the site's N. Oak Street frontage.
