Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision and Lot Line Adjustment to correct an existing substandard side yard setback. This will result in Parcel A of 20.0 acres and Parcel B of 5.13 acres. Resultant Parcel A will then be subdivided into two parcels of 15 acres and 5 acres. Proposed Parcel B is currently developed with a single family residence with attached garage, a detached storage shed, onsite wastewater treatment system and a spring fed water system. Proposed Parcel 1 is developed with a single family residence, detached garage, onsite wastewater treatment system and a Spring fed water system. An exception request to allow the parcels to be served by a road that exceeds the dead end road length was approved by CalFire. The parcels will be served with a shared water system (spring) and individual wastewater treatment systems.
