Document Description
A Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels and the subsequent subdivision of one of the resultant parcels into four parcels. Proposed Parcels 1, 2, 3 and 4 will range in size from 0.97 acres to 10.49 acres. A Special Permit is being processed to remove a culvert that has been installed in a stream without permits. Parcels 1 and 2 are located beyond the maximum length of a dead end road, however, CalFire has approved a request for an exception to the length of a dead end road. This project also includes Design Review and a Conditional Use Permit to allow a single-family residence on proposed Parcel B which is zoned for multi-family development. The site is currently vacant but for 2 small accessory buildings that will be removed and are located on what will become Part 4. Future development will be served by on-site sewage disposal systems and community water.
