Document Description
The proposed project includes: installation of flow meters on the inlet and outlet lines at the City of Etna water facility; repair or replacement of 4 pressure reducing valves located along City roadways; replacement of ~125 ft of 4 inch water line with 8 inch line along Main Street between Church Street and Hydrant #15; installation of a hydrant between the City's water facility and Highland Street; and replacement of ~250 ft of 3 inch water line with 6 inch line along Main Street bewtween Hydrant #15 and Aaron Lane, installation of a new hydrant along Aaron Lane, and replacement of ~250 ft of 3 inch water line with 6 inch line along Aaron Lane between Main Street and the new hydrant. The purpose of the project is to provide a minimum of 1,000 gpm fire flows to residential areas of the City.
