Document Description
The project includes land disturbing activities of existing and proposed erosion control measures associated with a 7.9 gross acres of vineyard (+/-6.4 net acres) within a 18.99 acre holding planted without the benefit of an approved erosion control plan. The project proposes the restoration of 1.8 acres within a stream setback, and 0.30 acres located on slopes in excess of 30%. Topography ranges from gently to moderately sloping (slopes typically 12% to 31%) annual non-native grassland and scattered oak woodland at elevations between ~600 and 750 ft above mean sea level.
